HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN A LIVE LECTURE
On this page you will find where our monthly live lectures are held. Please log in 5-10 minutes prior to the scheduled live lecture. Logging in ahead of time will help to ensure that every- thing is running smoothly on both ends. Since we only have a short amount of time for such a large topic, every minute counts. Don’t be late.
This is our lecture/classroom. Normal classroom rules apply. Personal attacks or abuse of any kind will not be tolerated and will result in automatic “blocking” from the live lecture. This online lecture should be an enjoyable experience for all.
Please make thoughtful, constructive comments that are relevant to the topic. It’s very easy to get sidetracked in this digital realm, and we anticipate there being at least a few tangents, but please keep the conversation focused.
The point of this live lecture is to get you digging deeper into the topic being covered. It’s about going beyond the lecture notes. We’ll be going over the finer points of the topic, and asking questions/invoking conversation. Point being, make sure you get the most out of the live lecture by participating. So make sure your voice is heard!
There might come a time when a flurry of questions will be thrown at the moderator, but rest assured that all of your pertinent questions will be answered.
Before the chat please make sure you do your homework. At the end of the chat we can open it up to general questions.
